Mighty Merloe, a 60ft trimaran, was the first to finish the 2017 Transpacific race from Los Angeles to Honolulu. Showing off some mighty speed, Mighty Merloe established a new Transpac record, crossing the Pacific in 4 days 7 hours and 3 minute. After a 20 year stronghold, the previous multihaul record of 5 days 19 hours and 18 minutes, set by Bruno Peyron’s Commodore Explorer, has finally been smashed by more than a day. Stay tuned for more Transpac updates.
