Freediver Course FII Level 1 Certification (2 days)

Description

FREEDIVE SCHEDULE 

Day 1: 8am – 4:30pm

• Day 1: 8am – 4:30pm:  
  • Classroom  8am – 12pm  
    • Dillingham Transportation Building
  • Lunch Break  12pm – 1:25pm
  • Confined water  1:30pm – 4:30pm
    • Sand Island Beach Park
• Day 2:  7:30am –  1:15pm 
  • Briefing and load boat  7:30am – 8:00am
  • Open Ocean 8:00am – 10:30am
    • TBD based on weather & swell
  • Rinse & Pack Gear / Change into dry clothes 10:30 am – 11:00 am
  • Course Wrap-up + Exam @ nearby Restaurant 11:15pm – 1:15pm

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

• mask (low volume preferred)

• snorkel (simple is better / no valves preferred)

• weight belt and weights (rubber preferred)

• fins (long blade preferred)

• FULL 3mm (minimum) wetsuit REQUIRED
